The situation in Nairobi is dire. The cost of living is rising and prices of commodities have skyrocketed. Access to healthcare has become more expensive. The lack of financial resources means that our children often do not have enough to eat to meet the nutritional needs required for healthy growth. Our food budget is 2 Euros ( Ksh 300) per child per day for three meals.
